The 2022 Simulation Competition of National Enterprise Competition came to an end recently, attracting a total of 2,478 participating teams from more than 300 colleges and universities in 29 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country. Bao Binxuan’s team, Chen Yiming’s team from the School of Management and Chen Leping’s team from the School of Finance and Trade achieved good results in the finals. Bao Binxuan’s team won the national special prize in the undergraduate group of the corporate decision-making track in the finals.
The competition adopts the new version of simulation software for enterprise management competition. Each participating team represents a virtual enterprise and conducts decision-making simulations on a regular basis (quarterly), including production, transportation, marketing, financial management, human resource management, research and development, and strategic development. The competition focuses on examining the core skills of the participating teams in industrial and commercial enterprise management such as market environment analysis, corporate strategic decision-making, marketing decision-making, human resources decision-making, technology research and development decision-making, procurement and warehousing decision-making, production decision-making, financial analysis, investment and financing decision-making, etc. The contest is to test students’ ability to adapt, analyze and solve problems, and improve their practical skills, and cultivate their teamwork spirit.
This competition is guided by the China Management Modernization Research Association, the National Business Administration Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee, the Economics and Management Subject Group of the Joint Association of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers of Higher Education Institutions, etc., hosted by the Decision Simulation Professional Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Undertook with the National Enterprise Competition Simulation Competition Organizing Committee.
