On March 3rd, WZBC signed an agreement on establishing the employment and entrepreneurship practice base for college students with Tsingshan Holding Group Co., Ltd., opening a new chapter of the school enterprise cooperation.
Zhou Xiangzhe, the Executive President and Party Secretary of WZBC, and Sun Yuanlin, the Party Secretary and Vice President of Tsingshan Holding Group Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. Yangjie, Dean of the School of Management, signed the contract on behalf of WZBC.
Zhou Xiangzhe mentioned that as the school is the supply side of talent training and the enterprise is the demand side, it is necessary for both sides to promote intensive cooperation to formulate talent training plans and strengthen the matching degree of talent cultivation. By establishing a stable practice base, the two sides will better strengthen personnel exchanges in the future, seek practical results and promote common development.
Sun Yuanlin said that in recent years, as the demand for talents has become more and more diversified and multi-layered, he hopes to establish a long-term mechanism through cooperation to jointly cultivate more talents so as to better adapt to the specific needs of the enterprise.
It is reported that upon the contract signing process, the two sides also conducted the in-depth discussions on the establishment of order-oriented classes and technical services, and reached a consensus on building a diversified platform for the integration of industry and education, as well as on solidly promoting the school-enterprise collaborative education mode.
The Heads from the School of Management, Student Affairs Department, Academic Affairs Department and other departments of WZBC, and those from the relevant departments of Tsingshan Holding Group Co., Ltd., have all attended the signing ceremony.
